Love animals? A-PAL Humane Society needs volunteers to help

with the following activities:

There is also a group of volunteers that work for Amador County at the

animal shelter, doing varied activities such as dog walking, socialization,

assessment and training; Internet adoption publicity; mobile adoption

(taking pets out in front of local businesses); and working with rescue

The Interfaith Food Bank not only acceps food for our fellow humans, it also accepts dog and cat food for those that need to take care of their beloved pets.
